For all Orders: A flat rate of 80 KR.
Bikes & Bulky Items: Due to their size and the care needed in transportation, these items have a shipping cost of 300 KR.
At Bikescroll, we believe in straightforward pricing. That means no hidden fees, no billing surcharges, and all prices include VAT. The shipping cost is per order, not per item, making bulk purchases even more economical. Available delivery options may vary depending on your location within the country.
Expected Delivery Times
Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Typically, delivery takes 1-3 business days from the moment your package leaves our warehouse.
Unclaimed Packages
Unclaimed packages will stay with your local pickup point for about 7 days. Should a package go unclaimed and return to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 300 SEK to cover return shipping, handling, and administration costs. If you have any questions about your package, our customer service team is ready to assist you.
Choosing Your Delivery Address
You have the flexibility to ship your package to a different address or recipient right from the checkout stage. If there’s a mistake in the delivery address on your order confirmation, please contact our customer service immediately for correction.
Tracking Your Package
Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking link, allowing you to monitor its journey (except for Budbee deliveries, where an SMS with a tracking link is sent upon their receipt of the package). Tracking activation may take up to 24 hours after your order departs from our warehouse.
Please note that delivery times listed on our site are estimates. While we strive to dispatch orders within the specified timeframe, unexpected delays can occur, and the estimated delivery time at checkout includes both our dispatch time and the carrier’s delivery period. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and do not offer compensation for delays.
Out of Stock Items
Items not available for immediate delivery are not backordered. If you still wish to purchase an out-of-stock item, a new order will need to be placed once the item is available again. Should any part of your order be canceled due to stock issues, you will be promptly informed via email.
International Shipping
Currently, Bikescroll delivers exclusively within Sweden. We reserve the right to cancel any orders with delivery addresses outside of Sweden.

§1 General
These terms exclusively govern the relationship between Bikescroll and our customers regarding transactions made through our online shop, www.bikescroll.com.
§2 Offers, Delivery Terms, and Partial Deliveries
All our prices are listed in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in VAT, currency fluctuations, typographical errors, supplier price changes, inventory errors, etc. Price changes that occur after an order has been shipped from our warehouse, such as sales, promotions, or pricing adjustments, will not affect the order. Promotions on Bikescroll are time-limited. Discount codes are typically valid for a single purchase and cannot be combined with other offers. We advise verifying the correct price before completing your purchase. Bikescroll reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of misuse or improper use of discount codes. For additional shipping charges, please refer to our Shipping Costs section.
§3 Liability
The purchase amount, minus any returns, must meet or exceed the minimum value specified on the coupon.
Coupon codes can only be redeemed by the newsletter recipient and must be redeemed using the same email address that received the discount coupon.
Only one coupon per order can be redeemed; multiple coupons cannot be combined.
Validity period, any redemption value, or other conditions will be communicated with the discount coupon. The minimum purchase value refers to the total purchase price including shipping costs. Shipping costs and additional fees are not considered.
If a purchase made with a coupon is initiated or completed, the amount cannot be refunded, and the coupon cannot be reused. This does not apply if you have purchased a coupon or gift card from us.
Coupons for shipping costs can be applied to orders in the webshop, unless otherwise stated on the campaign or product page. Coupons cannot be used if the order is made through a third-party webshop.
Discount coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
Discount coupons are issued personally and cannot be transferred to a third party. In the case of transfer, we reserve the right to cancel the coupon.
It’s important to note that the coupon is valid only for new customers, meaning the customer is ordering from us for the first time.
If you lose a discount coupon sent by us, we cannot replace it unless we are responsible for the loss.

We reserve the right to exclude certain brands, products, or product groups from coupon validity.
§5 Payment
Payments are processed through Klarna Checkout, offered in partnership with Klarna AB. Klarna Checkout distinguishes between purchase confirmation and payment choice. You can select from Klarna invoice, Klarna account, direct card payment, or bank transfer. By using Klarna Checkout, you accept the terms of Klarna AB. To use Klarna Checkout, you must be at least 15 years old.
§6 Refund Policy
Upon receipt, processing, and approval of your return, refunds will be issued via Klarna. If you’ve chosen to pay by invoice, we recommend either paying the invoice or contacting Klarna to extend the payment period to avoid unnecessary reminder fees.

§9 Conditions for Discount Coupons
The following conditions apply to discount coupons unless stated otherwise. These conditions do not apply to gift cards purchased in our online store:
Discount coupons can only be used in our online store and redeemed by the recipient of the discount coupon. Coupons cannot be transferred to a third party. Only one coupon per order can be redeemed, and multiple coupons cannot be combined. Discount coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, and interest is not applied to discount coupons.
Validity periods and minimum order values (including VAT, excluding shipping, and other charges) are communicated during the promotion.
The value of the coupon is distributed among the ordered products. If individual products are returned, a proportional coupon value is deducted from the price of each product. If the discount coupon is linked to a minimum order value, this must still be met even if products are returned; otherwise, the discount coupon no longer applies. In the case of returns, the coupon amount cannot be refunded, and the coupon cannot be reused.
Discount coupons cannot be applied to e-bikes and electric scooters categories; these are excluded.
